Competitive heat surf summer clinics. Exclusive group size of only 6 surfers at a time to replicate contest format. Each clinic is led by three highly trained, CPR/First Aid certified surf coaches. (Professional judging experience with NSSA, SSS & Revolt Series and SFC surf team head coach) Special guest pro surfers to compete against groms in mock heats at the end of each week! Private lessons available upon request for specialized coaching to meet individualized surfing needs.

We are thrilled with the way Coach Jeremy has invested his life in our son. Jeremy pours into the kids he coaches not only by challenging their surf skills, but emphasizing and building up character traits as well. We have seen our son's surfing improve dramatically due to Jeremy's investment.

Jeremy is an exceptional surf coach. His approach gave our son confidence in the water and enhanced his surfing abilities exponentially in a short period of time. I’ve known Jeremy as a friend for over 6 years now. In that time he has always been a man of character and integrity. A hard-work ethic and passionate for life and surfing. He initially approached us about coaching our boys in surfing. BIO

Here are a few facts about me...

I am happily married to Melissa Handysides and we are excited to have a baby on the way! For the past 11 years I have worked in Special Education, received my BA in Liberal Studies from PUC back in 2002 and my Educational Specialist teaching credential through CSUSB in 2005. I've surfed for 23 years, coached & instructed surfing since 1996. I have also competed and been a top ranked surfer in the CSUS surf series since 2003. In this past year, as the head surf coach for the SFC surf team, our surf team got 3rd in the SSS state championships, won a spirit award from Oakley/Surfer Mag, and I've helped many new JH surf coaching students achieve their personal surfing goals in contests. It is a joy and a passion for me to coach surfing and I am confident that any surfer who signs up, will have an incredible experience learning new surfing skills that will last a lifetime.
